Positive: It’s a nice and clean hotel. Staff and facilities are very accommodating.
Negative: It’s quite pricy. I stayed for 3 nights and with incidental charges (the charge prior to seeing how you leave the hotel room) it was 1k.

Negative: Check in clerk gave me the wrong room number on the seventh floor and though it was funny when I had to return to the front desk and obtain the correct room number. Room 725 doesn't exist. I wasn't smart enough to start checking other rooms for entrance. She found that humorous.

Positive: Everything!! The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I made the mistake when booking and accidentally book two rooms when I only needed one and Chelsea at the front desk was so happy to help me Immediately canceled one and was able to send an request for a full refund which was great and I had my room key in minutes and a delicious complimentary cookie . The atmosphere and customer service was exceptional l!

Positive: They upgraded our room for us for free since it was the night of our wedding.
Negative: Housekeeping walked into our room without knocking over an hour before our check out time and this was the day after our wedding. We submitted feedback via Hilton and sent a message back to the manager when she requested additional feedback but we never heard back after that. We even reached out to the front desk about the additional feedback saying the manager would get back to us in the next few days and they never did.
